The word “Cenacle” refers to the “Upper Room,” where Jesus gave his disciples the Eucharist, washed their feet, and taught them of the Father’s love and the gift of the Holy Spirit. Parents of 2nd graders or older with children interested in making their first reconciliation and communion should attend a short information meeting after 9 a.m. Mass at St. Bridget on January 12, 2025, to prepare for these sacraments.
