Dear Friends in Christ, As we continue the process of discerning the future of parish life in the Partners in the Gospel planning process, we dare not lose sight of our roots as a faith community. Among the many, many things I am grateful for in or history as a parish is the legacy of our present patron St. Bridget of Kildare. We are also blessed with the memory of our neighborhood patron St. Frances Xavier Cabrini who established what is now Villa Academy.

Paul serves as the Director of the Catholic Newman Center at Washington State University, and also as the chaplain for the WSU football team. He will be over for the Apple Cup at Husky Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 25. “Fr. Heric the elder” is of course your pastor, and our parish is made up mostly of members of “Husky Nation.” Continue reading...

Dear Friends in Christ, We continue our season of stewardship which this year we call “Sustaining our mission.” Please join me in making a stewardship pledge of treasure in the coming year. This is an intentional and significant gift we make off the top of our resources in gratitude for all God’s blessings and in trust of God's continued providence in our lives. Our collective effort helps us sustain our mission as a faith community. The past two weeks, we heard Ryan Oftebro and Mary Kay Beeby tell us about our new giving platform called “Push Pay.” This is an easy way to set up our monthly stewardship online which is how we pay most of our monthly bills. Push Pay is so easy, even I could do it! See today’s bulletin for more information
